Return any unused or defective merchandise in person at The Cottage or by mail. Swimwear is not able to be returned. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payments. 

Please email hello@acebeveragegroup.com for any requests to make changes to your order. If you order has already been shipped we are unable to make any changes or modifications. 

Cottage Springs accepts the following form of payment: American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Interac, Shop Pay & Diners Club.  Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal at this time.

We have a standard rate of $9.99CAD in Ontario, and $14.99 for all other provinces.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing during peak seasons such as Black Friday and mid-December onwards.

We do ship internationally. Please note you will be charged the express shipping fee. Cottage Springs is not responsible for any duties that may apply.
